Avery is 18 months old today. Very hard to believe. It is so strange to think about her right now and look back and compare her to this time last year when she was just 6 months old. She is so very independent now. She's extremely smart and very pleasant to be around. We love her so much and can't imagine life without her! She is very social after the initial shyness wears off. She loves animals and reading. She plays very well by herself and with other "buddies." I can't wait to see what happens next!My parents were able to come down from Nashville to visit today, and we all went out to eat for dinner. Needless to say, when Avery's around, there is no shortage of entertainment. Thanks for dinner, Gigi and Skip! It was so great to see you guys! We love you very much!
