Can you believe that Ansley is 3 months old already??? We can't!
I love this face....it's here "you're trying to make me smile, but it's just not working this time" face.
Weight (according to our scales): 13 pounds on the dot**I feel like she's so much bigger than Avery was, but when I went back and looked at Avery's 3 month post, it said that Avery was a little over 12 pounds, so there's not as much difference as I had thought.
Clothing size: 3-6 months, some 6 months (for the length)
Diaper size: 1 (probably could move up to a 2, but why rush it when we still have some 1's left)
Bottle size: 3-4 ounces every 2.5-3 hours (this has not changed in a long time; she did take 6 ounces in one feeding yesterday, but that was the first time)
Activity: she smiles and talks a lot; wants to laugh but just can't do it yet; she sleeps through the night every now and then, but she usually wakes up once to eat; she has found her hands; she's a drooler; she loves watching people but especially her sister and the dogs; she will stare at and talk to the ceiling fan for 30 minutes; she likes her swing, bouncy seat, and exersaucer; she takes 45-1 hour naps except the afternoon/lunch time nap---that one can last 2-2.5 hours; she is very content as long as she's not hungry or tired--if she is, her crying escalates very quickly and without any warning
We're not sure what's causing it, but she's got what seems to be eczema all over her little body, from the top of her head to the top of her feet. It doesn't necessarily seem to bother her, but it looks like it would/should. We've been trying everything we can think of to get rid of it, but nothing seems to do the trick; some stuff makes it look a little better though. If you have any suggestions, send them our way!
